A tickle

Had a wonderful dinner with the wife at Dali's in Cambridge. Tapas and sangria. Expensive, but a little splurge. Grandma (and her boyfriend) watched the boys. We had a nice talk over dinner, and afterwards. I so much want a real fireplace; my mom has one, so we started a nice fire when we got home. We have one of those gas fires in [Paradise]. It's like watching your stovetop... not exactly inspiring or romantic.

I just checked my email, and found the following (re: my dissertation distillation article) in my box:

Dear [Articulate],

I've just received the evaluation on your article and am pleased to let you know that the evaluation was positive. Please accept this email as notification that your article... has been accepted for publication ...

With best wishes,

That's nice. Well, now back to the wife. She's waiting by the fire. :)

GREAT! This is really good news. I hope you enjoyed the fireplace. I miss one myself (we had one in MA), particularly over the end of the year holidays.
